This puppy is guaranteed to be in good health at the time of sale and free from visible
signs of infections, contagious or communicable diseases. A licensed veterinarian has
seen your puppy and he/she has passed their physical, knees, and fecal test clear. Once
the puppy leaves the seller’s premises, it is under the buyer’s control. Your puppy is up
to date with shots and worming. Next vaccination due on -------------. Do not give any
shots until the due date on health
record or this guarantee will become null and void. This is to prevent over-
vaccinating your puppy which can cause additional illness and possible death.
Special Note To Your Vet: This breed has been known to have major reactions to Lepto.
If Lepto is needed in your area, give separately after 16 weeks of age. We also
recommend
giving the proper dose of Benadryl prior to vaccine. We are only stressing this due to the
health and welfare of our puppies. The purchaser is expected to follow through with the
timely and proper immunizations, rabies and worming, and not abuse this puppy in any
way. I offer a
One Year Health Guarantee against Heart (MVD-Mitral Value Disease) and Eye
(Juvenile
Cataracts) A veterinary finding of any intestinal or external parasites, kennel cough,
shall not be grounds for declaring this puppy unfit for purchase. I guarantee the puppy
to be free from life threatening congenital defects for one year from the date of birth.
Should there be a problem, my
veterinarian will interpret the report and if he concurs, then a replacement puppy will be
exchanged for the original puppy, along with registration papers and medical records.
THERE
WILL BE NO CASH REFUNDS. Candyland offers replacement puppy only. I must be
notified of the onset of the problem, in writing, with a report from the veterinarian. If
the puppy is proven to have a congenital defect within one year and is returned to the
breeder, all shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. Candyland will pay
for the shipping on the replacement puppy. All vet charges incurred by the purchaser,
are the sole responsibility of the purchaser and
will under no circumstances be paid by Candyland Cavaliers. No puppy will be given if the
puppy has been euthanized without the breeder’s permission. Replacement puppy will be
mutually agreed by both parties. It is understood that the replacement puppy may not
be of the same exact parents of the original puppy. This puppy is not guaranteed to be
of show quality.

this puppy/dog can not be bred, and is to be spayed/neutered at proper age. I do
guarantee that your puppy has been loved and cherished for its short term stay with us
